Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Remote and rural areas (WA, NT, far north QLD) may take up to 10 business days.

Your order may arrive in multiple packages

We work with a curated network of Australian suppliers to bring you the best products. When your order contains items from different suppliers, each item ships directly from its source — so you may receive separate packages on the same or different days. Rest assured, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to expand in the future — sign up to our mailing list to be notified.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@cleanketo.co and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
