About
What is Keto?
The ketogenic diet shifts your body from burning glucose to burning fat for fuel. When carbohydrate intake drops low enough, your liver begins converting fatty acids into ketones — a cleaner, more stable energy source for your brain and muscles. This metabolic state is called ketosis. The result is sustained energy without the crashes, reduced inflammation, improved mental clarity, and a natural appetite regulation that makes it easier to maintain a healthy body composition.
We went keto and it made a real difference. Then we started reading the labels on keto products. That's where it got strange.
Maltodextrin in MCT powder. Soy lecithin in whey. Titanium dioxide in magnesium caps. These are products sold to people who've specifically decided to be careful about what they eat — and the labels didn't match the pitch.
There wasn't a single place that had already done that work. So we did it ourselves.
Everything here passed that test. That's the only reason it's here.
How we source
Every product earns its place
Ingredient review
We read the full ingredient panel — not just the front of the packet. Every additive, every filler, every carrier ingredient is assessed against our standard.
Supplier verification
We only work with manufacturers who can provide transparency around their formulations. GMP certification and third-party testing are baseline requirements.
Ongoing monitoring
Formulations change. We monitor our products continuously — if a supplier changes their formula, we reassess before continuing to sell.
