Eligible for Return

• Unopened products in original packaging
• Items returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Products that are not damaged due to mishandling

• Opened or partially used products
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
• Products purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no questions asked. Email us at hello@cleanketo.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.

How to Return

1. 1Email hello@cleanketo.co with your order number and reason for return.
2. 2We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
3. 3Ship the item back using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
4. 4Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
